When a swimming pool located on the roof of a new construction 11-story luxury Manhattan apartment building with river views, the building sustained widespread damage. The Board and managing agent turned to Eastern Public to manage their claim and recovery. Through our efforts, the building was able to effectively manage tenant relationships, fully fund the restoration of the property, and identify and correct previously undocumented construction defects.
